• The sewing machine is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Project design and support from staff
  • Consultation request. Time on equipment is subject to availability during designing/planning consultations.
• Policy
  • Only Makerspace approved material may be used with the sewing machine.
  • Turn off the machine when setting up your sewing project.
  • Never place your hand under the “foot” of the machine or the needle.
  • Sewing projects may not be left unattended unless arrangements are made with staff in writing.
  • The library cannot guarantee item quality or stability, nor the confidentiality of designs. Any finishing steps are the responsibility of the user.
