For each item you cite within a collection, your notes should include
- Author or creator (when known)
- Item title [and/or description]
- Date created (when known)
- Collection name, including collection reference number (see finding aid or metadata). Some collections have series names within the collection.
- Location: box or folder number
- Source: Special Collections and Archives, University Libraries, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
