Standards Documents: Standards

Resources for the UNLV community to find and learn about standards documents

Welcome!

UNLV Libraries provides access to a variety of standards documents to campus, and several sets are available to the public.  On this page you will also find information for instructors, students, and researchers interested in the standards publication process.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to email Sue Wainscott, Engineering Librarian, at Sue.Wainscott@unlv.edu.

What are standards documents?  The New York Times published an opinion piece, The Joy of Standards in February 2019 that explains them well:   https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/16/opinion/sunday/standardization.html
