SAE International is a global professional organization focused on mobility engineering, including aerospace, commercial vehicle and automotive engineering. UNLV has a student chapter known as UNLV SAE Rebel Racing, established in 2008. The student organization has participated in many community outreach events and competitions such as the Baja SAE racing series. The global organization produces scholarly articles, technical reports and professional magazines, as well as books and various training materials. These are searchable and available on the SAE Mobilus database platform.
