Lied Library

Welcome to this guide for History Day Research at the UNLV Libraries. This guide helps History Day teachers and students use the materials, services and resources available at the UNLV Libraries. The UNLV Libraries is a research library with extensive collections of books, journals, newspapers, government documents, microfilm and manuscripts.

Directions to the Lied Library

Free parking is available in the S Lot near the intersection of Swenson and Harmon (west side of campus).  It is a 5 minute walk to the Lied Library along Harmon Avenue. 

Metered parking is available next to the Lied Library.  During the regular school year meters are enforced 7:00 am through 7:00 pm Monday - Thursdays; 7:00 am - 1:00 pm Fridays.  Reserved and Handicapped parking is enforced 24/7 (fines are severe).
