Quiet space to concentrate

The 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the library feature both quiet and silent areas for quiet study.

Look for areas labeled “Quiet Study” and “Silent Study” on the floor plans for Lied Library.

Space to meet with people

Reserve one of our Group Study Rooms on the 1st floor.  These rooms seat 3 to 6 people comfortably.

Open tables throughout the Library (especially on the 2nd floor) provide comfortable spaces for quiet conversation.

Also, try our coffee shop (see below).

Space for graduate students

The Graduate & Professional Student Association lounge provides a study and social environment for graduate and professional students and includes a small resource library, copy machine, and a computer lab.

Caffeine and snacks

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is a great place to grab a snack or meet up with friends.
