  • When you are first starting your research
  • For background information on your subject
  • For current and peer-reviewed journal articles
  • As an alternative to Google - easy searching but with more credible results
  • To search the Libraries' collections through one search box - including material from Special Collections, dissertations and thesis, journal and newspaper articles and books and media

  A-Z List of Journals

Use Quick Search to search for journal articles by keyword.

 

Search Academic Search Premier
Limit Your Results

Academic Search Premier is a good place to start:

  • For finding peer-reviewed journal articles, popular magazine articles, newspaper articles, and more
  • For finding articles on a wide-variety of topics

CQ Researcher is a good place to start:

  • To find background information on current issues and chronologies of when events occured
  • To explain both sides of controversial issues
  • To provide citations to further research
