Music breaks can be an effective way to break up your podcast into segments. Depending on your needs, you may find yourself wanting to add intro music or sound effects to your podcast. Make sure to use copyright-free content and give proper credit to the artist or creator. 

Background Noise Reduction

Most recordings will have some sort of ambience noise such as hiss, buzz, or hums. If you find these artifacts distracting, most audio editing software offer noise reduction tools which can help reduce the loudness of these unwanted noises.
