Why Add Your Work?

Benefits of Adding Your Work to the Repository

Increase Visibility and Access to Your Work

  • The repository is optimized to rank high in relevant Google searches, so researchers searching for topics related to your scholarship are more likely to find your work.
  • The repository is open access, meaning materials are freely available (and not behind a publisher pay wall), allowing users to download and read your work with ease.

Track the Impact of Your Work

Each month, you will receive a personalized readership report, detailing the number of downloads and where in the world people are downloading your work.

Preserve Your Work for Future Generations

The University Libraries is committed to providing stable, long-term access for your research, so you can rest assured that when you or others want access to your work, it will be there!

How to Add Your Work

Submit Your Work

Main Submission Form

All submissions should use the main submission form. If you have a group project with multiple co-authors, all group members must sign the Group Members submission form.

Journals & Conferences

To submit your work to a journal or conference hosted on Digital Scholarship@UNLV, go to the journal or conference home page and follow their submission instructions. If you have questions, please contact the journal editors or conference organizers. While we host journals and conferences on Digital Scholarship@UNLV, we do not have any editorial role.

Establishing a New Project
