The Makerspace is a multidisciplinary space dedicated to exploration supported by both emerging technology and traditional equipment. The Makerspace will continue to grow and evolve as relevant new technologies are identified.

Current UNLV students, faculty and staff who have completed the Makerspace Orientation are welcome to use the Makerspace during open hours:

Completing the Makerspace Orientation is required. The orientation is an introduction to the space, equipment, and the safety procedures of the Makerspace. In order to successfully complete the orientation and be eligible to use the Makerspace, a user agreement must be signed at the time of the orientation.
Users of this interactive space can connect with staff skilled in 3D modeling and printing, laser cutting and etching, vinyl cutting, sewing, and other tools. Staff are available to help as needed or you can book a consultation in advance via the Lied Technology Consultations page.
