Welcome

Welcome to the Data Management Resources for UNLV Guide!

The University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) University Libraries created this website to provide helpful resources for researchers designing or implementing a data management plan.  In this guide we describe what data management is, why you might need or want to create a data management plan, and what the recommended components of a data management plan are.

We also provide helpful tips about storing, sharing and archiving your data. Options for special data storage and archives available to UNLV researchers are provided, as well as links to other discipline-specific options.

Both public and UNLV-specific resources are provided in this guide.  Suggestions for additional content are welcomed - please contact Sue with any recommendations.
