Adobe Connect Instructions - Option 1

1. Schedule an appointment with Lateka at lateka.grays@unlv.edu.  Include the days and times that you are available for the week.
   1. Please include your research topic or question in the e-mail, so that I may prepare before our appointment.
2. Lateka will send a verification e-mail with the date and time of the appointment.  It will also include a link to connect online (https://connectnow.acrobat.com/latekagrays).
3. On the date and time of your confirmed appointment, please click on the provided link in your confirmation e-mail (https://connectnow.acrobat.com/latekagrays).
4. We will use the chat feature to communicate.  I will be sharing my desktop to illustrate how to perform a search or answer your questions.
   1. The software will ask you to install a plug-in if you want to share your screen with Lateka.
   2. There may be a slight delay depending upon the speed of your Internet connection.
